Vintage Penguin was an online-based, massively multiplayer online role-playing game (abbreviated as a MMORPG) created by fans of the original Club Penguin. The game is run on Flash, common among many web browser virtual worlds.
The game was released on February 18th, 2017.
Vintage Penguin reached ten thousand registered accounts on September 2nd, 2017.
On March 25th, 2018, it was announced that the game would be shutting down sometime in April 2018. In late April 2018 it was announced on it's Twitter that the final party the Waddle On Party was to begin in May 2018.
Note: This club penguin CPPS is now down. It’s been replaced with a for sale page.
On July 15, 2021, it was announced that the game would reopen on July 18, 2021. Vintage Penguin reopened on July 18, 2021 at 2 P.M. CST. Due to Flash's closure on December 31, 2020, the reopened version is a downloadable client.
